• Demand Planning & Forecasting
• Inventory & Warehouse Management
• Logistics & Distribution Management
• Procurement Coordination
• Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
• Cost Optimization & Process Improvement

Requirements

• 12–18+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain & Operations
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Experience in Perfume, Cosmetics, FMCG, Luxury Retail, or Manufacturing (Preferred)
• Strong expertise in Demand Planning, Inventory, Warehousing, Logistics & Procurement
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar)
• Proven ability to manage multi-site operations and cross-functional teams
