Key Responsibilities

• Lead Zoho CRM implementation and user adoption.
• Drive enhancements across Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Ensure seamless ERP-CRM integrations.
• Build Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Manage vendors, projects, and stakeholders.
• Champion automation, AI, and process excellence.

Ideal Experience

• 7+ years in D365 Business Central / NAV.
• CRM implementation experience (Zoho CRM preferred).
• Strong background in process, integrations, and reporting.
• Distribution, trading, or wholesale industry experience preferred.
