Rebel Logistics is seeking qualified candidates to join their team in JAFZA, Dubai. Immediate joining is preferred for both open roles.

1. Accountant (Freight Forwarding & Logistics)

Responsibilities:

• Manage AR, AP, GL, customer invoicing, collections, and supplier bill verification.
• Handle bank reconciliations, monthly P&L, cash flow, and financial reporting.
• Manage VAT filing, returns, compliance, payroll processing, and audit coordination.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics.
• Mandatory UAE accounting & VAT knowledge.
• Proficient in Zoho Books, Tally, and MS Excel.

2. Pricing & Operations Executive (Freight Forwarding)

Responsibilities:

• Handle shipment enquiries, request/negotiate rates from agents and shipping lines, and prepare detailed costing.
• Coordinate bookings, vessel/flight schedules, cargo readiness, export docs (BL/AWB), and customs clearance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding with strong Sea, Air & Land freight knowledge.
• Good understanding of Incoterms, shipping documentation, and customs procedures.
