Job Responsibilities

Radisson Beach Resort Palm Jumeirah is seeking a detail-oriented Reservation Agent to deliver exceptional guest service. Duties include:

• Manage room reservations via phone, email, and online channels.
• Assist guests with inquiries regarding availability, room rates, and services.
• Ensure all bookings are entered accurately into the reservation system.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Sales teams to optimize revenue opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of customer service while handling guest requests.

Requirements & Application
