Job Responsibilities

AW Engineering is seeking a organized professional for dual responsibilities across finance and human resources management.

• Accounting: Manage daily accounting tasks, journal entries, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and AR/AP follow-up.
• HR & Payroll: Handle monthly payroll, attendance, leave management, employee files, and social security procedures under Jordanian Labor Law.
• Reporting: Prepare financial and HR reports for management while maintaining full data confidentiality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• 1–3 years of practical experience in Accounting & HR/Payroll
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Strong knowledge of Jordanian Labor Law & Social Security regulations
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Experience in engineering and contracting companies is preferred
