Gulf Group Holding LLC, a well-known diversified business group in Ras Al Khaimah for the last 5 decades, is hiring a Central Buyer for Fruits & Vegetables for its group company, AlAswaq Alwatania LLC OPC.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage centralized purchasing of fresh fruits and vegetables for all branches.
• Identify and develop reliable suppliers, wholesalers, and importers.
• Monitor daily market prices and ensure competitive purchasing.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Plan purchases based on branch requirements, sales trends, stock levels, and seasonality.
• Source required quality and quantities, ensuring timely supply to all branches.
• Coordinate with branches, warehouse, logistics, and commercial teams.
• Develop seasonal sourcing strategies and maintain purchase records.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing procedures and food safety requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in buying and negotiation within large-scale hypermarkets or supermarkets.
• Valid UAE driving license with strong knowledge of the UAE fruit and vegetable market.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 8,000 to AED 12,000
• Company Visa, Medical Insurance, Air Passage Allowance, One Month Annual Leave, and Gratuity
