Job Responsibilities

• Handle OP and IP insurance approvals and coding efficiently and accurately.
• Coordinate with insurance providers for pre-authorizations and necessary follow-ups.
• Ensure complete and timely submission of all required documentation.
• Maintain full compliance with UAE insurance regulations and hospital policies.

Requirements

• Mandatory healthcare-related educational background.
• Mandatory CPC certification.
• IP DRG UAE coding experience.
• Strong working knowledge of UAE insurance processes for OP and IP approvals.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in the UAE healthcare sector.
• Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
