A premium hospitality venue is looking for an experienced and energetic professional to step into the Cafe Manager Al Ain role, overseeing daily operations and elevating guest experience standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily café operations, guest satisfaction, and high service standards.
• Lead and mentor the front-of-house and back-of-house teams with a hands-on presence on the floor.
• Oversee specialty coffee brewing, food service quality, and presentation.
• Drive sales performance, optimize cost control, and manage inventory efficiently.
• Maintain strict food hygiene, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Proven UAE F&B management experience is strictly required.
• Strong background in specialty coffee and all-day dining operations.
• Prior experience in a premium café concept is highly preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development capabilities.
