Joga Ram Group of Companies is seeking an experienced General Accountant to manage accounts payable, vendor relationships, and financial functions across its diverse business divisions in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete AP cycle across multiple companies and branches.
• Verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, and supporting documents.
• Prepare payment schedules and ensure timely processing within credit terms.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Handle advance, retention, and subcontractor payments.
• Monitor payables aging and prepare comprehensive MIS reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes along with audit requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• 2 to 3 years of Accounts Payable experience (experience in Construction, Fit-Out, Manufacturing, or Trading preferred).
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT compliance.
