Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales (required)
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Fluent in Hindi, Urdu, and English
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills
