CADD Emirates is currently looking for a Female IT Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in IT sales or sales coordination and must be able to handle customers and dealers professionally.

Job Responsibilities

• Preparing quotations and handling order processing
• End-to-end sales coordination and delivery follow-ups
• Vendor coordination and procurement activities
• Maintaining sales records and documentation
• Handling customer enquiries and timely follow-ups
• Providing after-sales support and maintaining customer relationships
• Managing high volumes of customer interactions professionally

Requirements

• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Ability to handle high-profile dealers and customers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Active learner with multitasking ability
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
