Job Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new interior fit-out and construction projects
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, PMCs, and consultants
• Handle tendering, BOQs, and project lifecycle negotiations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
• 3 to 6 years of business development experience in the UAE fit-out industry
• Proven track record of winning commercial fit-out projects
• Valid UAE driving license is required
