MBS is seeking a dedicated Purchase Officer to join its Sharjah branch. The successful candidate will manage procurement activities, evaluate supplier quotations, and coordinate with finance for timely deliveries.

Job Responsibilities

• Procure raw materials and production consumables at competitive prices
• Evaluate supplier quotations and prepare comparative analysis charts
• Raise purchase orders and track order status
• Maintain procurement records including LC registers and cost lists

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 1 to 2 years of procurement experience in the PEB or manufacturing industry
• Familiarity with ERP procurement modules and MS Office
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
