Orange Wheels is seeking an energetic, hands-on Team Leader to run day-to-day floor operations at our centre, guiding the team, delighting kids and parents, and upholding the highest safety and service standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shift operations across play areas, café, parties, and retail, enforcing SOPs and safety standards.
• Support sales and revenue by updating the daily sales board, promoting memberships and parties, and driving upselling.
• Deliver top-tier customer experience and resolve concerns on the spot.
• Handle EOD reports, attendance, incident logs, and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Coach frontline staff, support onboarding, and monitor floor-level stock to minimize wastage.

Requirements

• Any Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 5-7 years overall experience, with 3+ years in a managerial role within edutainment, hospitality, or related industry.
