Job Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
Coordinate product listings, pricing, promotions, stock availability, and product information.
Process and monitor online orders from order confirmation to delivery.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sales, and customer service teams.
Monitor order status, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Ensure product information, images, prices, and inventory are updated accurately.
Monitor marketplace performance and prepare regular sales and operational reports.
Coordinate with platforms such as Amazon, Noon, and other online channels.
Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
Support promotional campaigns and online sales activities.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations preferred.
Experience with online marketplaces is an advantage.
Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Experience in home appliances / consumer electronics will be an advantage.
Freshers with relevant qualifications and strong interest in e-commerce may also apply.
