Trice Chemicals Industrial LLC is looking for an energetic, hardworking and fast-learning Junior Operations Executive to join our team and support daily operations across Purchase, Production, Logistics, Warehouse and Accounts.

Job Responsibilities

• ERP data entry and maintaining operational records
• Purchase Orders, supplier quotations and supplier follow-up
• Inventory, material receipts and stock documentation
• Production and raw material coordination
• Logistics, delivery and warehouse coordination
• Delivery Notes, Goods Receipt and related documentation
• Basic reporting, filing and bookkeeping support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations or related field
• 1–3 years’ experience in operations, purchase, warehouse, logistics or administration
• ERP system experience preferred
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Basic knowledge of Purchase Orders, invoices, inventory and warehouse documentation
• Good spoken and written English is essential
• Hindi speaking ability required/preferred
• Chemical, manufacturing, trading, industrial, FMCG or distribution experience is an advantage
• Willing to work at Al Ghail Industrial Park, Ras Al Khaimah
