Dives Holding is looking for an experienced and dynamic Corporate Chef to join our team in Dubai and provide culinary leadership across our growing portfolio of restaurants.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pre-opening and opening support for new projects.
• Conduct regular Culinary/BOH audits across existing outlets.
• Develop and improve menus and recipes in line with brand standards.
• Ensure recipe standardization and accurate food costing.
• Monitor food quality, portion control and wastage.
• Develop, implement and maintain Kitchen SOPs and operational standards.
• Assess Head Chefs and culinary teams, providing coaching and training.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Corporate Chef / Group Chef / Executive Chef within a multi-outlet environment.
• Strong knowledge of menu development, food costing, and Turkish cuisine.
• Excellent leadership, training, and international travel readiness.
