Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in the Civil Construction Industry.
• Proven experience in High-rise building construction Projects.
• Strong understanding of contract administration, FIDIC conditions, Claims, Variation and Contractual correspondence.
• Experience in reviewing subcontract agreements and managing commercial documentation.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and communication skill.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with project, commercial and site teams.
