A prominent global contracting company is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee quality control for a major long-term infrastructure and building development located in Dubai South, UAE.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC plans, ITPs, and inspection procedures.
• Manage site inspections, audits, and subcontractor quality compliance.
• Ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO, ASTM, and BS.
• Lead and manage a dedicated quality assurance team on large-scale projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience in major construction or infrastructure.
• Strong background in civil works, structural works, and reinforced concrete.
• Arabic language skills are considered a strong advantage.
