XYZ Technologies is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator – AV & Lighting to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will coordinate audiovisual and lighting projects while working closely with technical teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure timely project execution.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in document management and record-keeping to ensure all project documentation is organized and up to date.
• Create purchase orders and process invoices accurately and promptly.
• Operate on SAP for various project coordination tasks, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate with clients and suppliers professionally to build and maintain strong working relationships.
• Assist the pre-sales team by creating accounts on tender platforms and managing related administrative tasks.
• Support with pre-qualification preparations to ensure compliance and readiness for project bids.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure that project resources are available as needed and manage inventory effectively.
• Coordinate project logistics and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
• Assist project managers with various coordination tasks to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
• Support project managers in budgeting and financial tracking to maintain accurate financial records.
• Provide support to clients by addressing inquiries and providing necessary project details in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage the inbound and outbound of shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within AV, Lighting or related technical projects.
• Familiarity with procurement systems, ERP platforms, and MS Office.
• Good knowledge of project documentation.
• Basic understanding of AV systems is preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration and related field.
