Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities.
• Plan and allocate work to technicians, electricians, plumbers, and HVAC teams.

• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordinate contractors and ensure quality work completion.

Requirements
