XYZ Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join their growing technical team in Dubai, supporting smooth project execution across AV and lighting installations.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in document management and record-keeping to ensure all files remain organized.
• Create purchase orders, process invoices, and operate on SAP for coordination tasks.
• Communicate professionally with clients and suppliers to build strong relationships.
• Support pre-sales by creating tender accounts and preparing pre-qualification bids.
• Coordinate project logistics, scheduling, inventory, and shipment tracking.

Basic Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of project coordination experience within AV, lighting, or technical fields.
• Familiarity with procurement systems, ERP platforms, and MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
