Key Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying, Civil or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience as Land Surveyor with strong exposure in structure and infrastructure works.
• Mandatory experience in RTA projects.
• Hands-on experience in bridges, underpasses, retaining walls, culverts, pump rooms, underground tanks and other major structural works.
• Proficient in Total Station, GPS/RTK, AutoCAD (survey drawings) and survey software.
• Good understanding of surveying standards, datums, benchmarks and authority requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, coordination and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out accurate setting out, level control and survey works for structural and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and verify survey control, benchmarks, coordinates and alignment.
• Provide setting out, as-built and verification surveys for bridges, underpasses and other structures.
• Prepare and maintain survey records, drawings, reports and calculations.
• Coordinate with engineers, site teams, consultants and subcontractors for survey requirements and approvals.
