Job Responsibilities

• Handle cash and foreign currency transactions accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and assistance.
• Verify and process transactions in compliance with company policies.
• Maintain cash balance and ensure daily reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with CBUAE regulatory requirements and reporting procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree, Diploma or equivalent preferable.
• 1-2 years cashier or customer service experience in exchange field is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Honest, reliable and able to work in a team.
