Technical Manager – Civil

• Qualification Required: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Master’s degree / relevant professional certification preferred.
• Experience Required: Total Experience: Minimum 15 years | UAE Experience: Minimum 8 years
• Role Summary: Lead civil, structural, and architectural technical functions, including design coordination, constructability reviews, shop drawings, RFIs, and technical submissions. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely approvals.

Senior Site Engineer – Civil

• Qualification Required: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience Required: Total Experience: 8–12 years | UAE Experience: Minimum 5 years
• Role Summary: Manage day-to-day civil and structural works, coordinate subcontractors, manpower, materials, and inspections, resolve site issues, and monitor progress against project milestones.

Note: High-rise building project experience is mandatory for all positions.
