Al Jazeera International Catering LLC is currently seeking a dedicated professional for a Catering Manager vacancy in Abu Dhabi to oversee industrial catering operations and ensure top-tier service delivery.

Requirements

• Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management / Catering Management or related field.
• 5 – 10 years’ experience on handling Industrial catering / Camp catering in Middle East region.
• Strong hands-on experience in time management, client relations and a proven track record in managing a team and workforce.
• Solid knowledge of Food safety and HACCP standards.
• Menu planning and cost control & ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Locally available candidates in the UAE and Immediate joiners preferred
