CS Interiors Technical Services LLC is hiring a dedicated Quantity Surveyor for their growing team in Dubai. This role is essential for maintaining accurate cost control and financial administration across ongoing interior fit-out and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Prepare quotations, variations, and subcontractor comparisons
• Monitor project costs, budgets, expenditures, and interim payment applications
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Relevant experience in interior fit-out or construction projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, costing, and MS Excel/AutoCAD
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
