Picasso School is looking for a motivated Sales and Admission Officer with strong communication skills and a passion for education. The ideal candidate will support families throughout the admissions process while providing thoughtful academic guidance and promoting the school’s values and programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily walk-in and phone inquiries professionally
• Counsel students and parents about available courses and career opportunities
• Convert leads to enrollments by explaining benefits, fees, and placement support
• Maintain follow-up with interested candidates via phone and WhatsApp
• Track leads and admission data using Excel or CRM
• Support in daily admission reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in front desk, admissions, or sales roles
• Based in Dubai and available for a full-time role
• Preferably, previous experience working at a well-known company in the fashion or jewelry industry
