Parkonic is looking for a Technical Operations Coordinator to join their growing team in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. You will play a key role in coordinating day-to-day technical activities and ensuring seamless smart parking operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day technical and operational activities across parking sites
• Monitor system performance, equipment status, connectivity, and operational issues
• Coordinate with field technicians, IT teams, vendors, and internal departments
• Track incidents, service requests, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions
• Support deployment, configuration, testing, and commissioning of smart parking equipment
• Ensure smooth integration of cameras, ANPR/LPR systems, and payment infrastructure
