Key Responsibilities

• Handle POS transactions, cash and card payments accurately
• Manage cash drawers, refunds and exchanges
• Assist customers and resolve queries professionally
• Support stock checks and store operations
• Maintain checkout area and follow safety, security & ISO standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2–3 years’ cashier/customer-facing experience, preferably in retail
• Strong communication and POS skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
