City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel Abu Dhabi is looking for a motivated and service-oriented Guest Service Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences and represent the true spirit of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional, and friendly manner.
• Handle check-in, check-out, room assignments, and billing accurately.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently.
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate guest records and follow up on special requests.
• Uphold the hotel’s service standards and brand values at all times.

Qualifications & Benefits

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality is an advantage.
• 1-2 years of experience in Front Office or Guest Service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English (written & spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
• Proficient in Opera PMS is an advantage.
