Jannah Hotels & Resorts is looking for a passionate Commis I to join the kitchen department at our luxury property in Abu Dhabi.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and cook assigned menu items, ensuring consistent quality, proper mise en place, presentation, and smooth service during peak hours.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, stock levels, and minimize wastage by reporting shortages promptly.
Work closely with the kitchen team, assist and guide junior staff when required, and perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Have 0-1 years of experience in a similar role or progressive kitchen experience.
Have Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts.
HACCP knowledge and awareness of hygiene practices.
Ability to work independently in assigned station with good organization, time management, and food presentation skills.
