ATTA Shipping & Cargo is a proud GSA for major airlines and is expanding its logistics operations in the UAE. We are seeking an energetic Junior Operations Executive to handle freight forwarding and supply chain coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily air freight operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Handle import, export, and shipment documentation
- Liaise with customers, agents, and service providers
- Monitor shipments and prepare quotations, invoices, and operational reports
- Resolve operational issues and provide effective customer support
Requirements
- Experience in freight forwarding, shipping & logistics preferred
- Good knowledge of import & export procedures
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Minimum 1 year UAE experience is required
- Candidates available to join immediately are preferred
