Denholm Yam Contracting Company LLC is looking for a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team and support our operations in ICAD, Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Sr. HR Officer with end-to-end employee leave administration (annual, sick, unpaid, emergency) in compliance with UAE Labour Law.
• Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, deductions, allowances, and leave.
• From time to time coordinate with Finance on payroll processing, payments, and resolution of discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle employee queries related to leave, attendance, and payroll.
• Prepare HR reports and support other HR activities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in Oil & Gas, Construction, or Contracting.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, payroll, WPS, leave, and attendance management.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Language: TAGALOG will be preferred.
• Preferably male candidates.
