What You’ll Need

• Experience as a Picker or in store fulfillment, retail or quick commerce
• Good communication skills in English – Attending walk-in customers and riders
• Working knowledge of computers – MS Excel, Google Sheets and order portals
• Ability to handle stock entries, GRN and daily compliance checklists

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders on device
• Raise flower orders and mark GRN in the PO tool
• Maintain stock levels, activation and deactivation
• Attend to walk-in customers, handle sales enquiries, and collect payments
