John Aluminium & Glass Factory is hiring a Facade QA/QC Engineer to oversee quality assurance and quality control for facade works on iconic projects. We offer an attractive salary package and a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect materials and works as per approved drawings, specs & ITP.
- Ensure quality of aluminium, glazing, ACP, sealants, fixings & accessories.
- Prepare IR/WIR, inspection records & quality reports.
- Raise & follow up NCRs and ensure corrective actions.
- Coordinate testing, mock-ups & consultant inspections.
- Monitor installation quality, waterproofing, alignments, and structural connections.
- Maintain documentation, snags, test reports & quality progress records.
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s in Civil / Architectural / Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ Years in Facade QA/QC (Aluminium & Glazing Projects).
- Preferred UAE / GCC Facade Project Experience.
- Expertise in Aluminium Curtain Wall, Doors & Windows, ACP Cladding, Glazing, Louvers & Sealants.
- Strong skills in Inspection, ITP, NCR, Testing, Documentation & Site Coordination.
