Milele Motors is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to independently manage the complete books of accounts for the Family Office with a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and strong financial control.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts.
• Manage receipts, payments, bank entries and journal postings.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and detailed ledger reviews.
• Monitor cash flow and provide financial insights to the family/principal.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants and banking partners.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and strengthen accounting processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years as a Family Accountant or managing family books.
• Strong accounting principles, financial reporting and reconciliation skills.
• ERP experience such as SAP, Oracle, Tally or similar.
• High integrity, discretion, accuracy and ability to work independently.
• ACCA / CA Inter is preferred.
