• Native Arabic speaker with a proven Medical/Healthcare Management background.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of healthcare operations experience, including senior management experience.
• Strong leadership, operational and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards and patient-safety requirements.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• UAE healthcare experience is preferred.
