Royal Technology Solutions (RTS) is looking for an experienced AV Programmer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, programming, integrating, testing, and commissioning custom Audio-Visual control systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AV control programming solutions using Crestron, AMX, and Extron
• Design intuitive GUI interfaces for control system touch panels
• Integrate AV control systems with audio, video, lighting, conferencing, and third-party devices
• Configure and troubleshoot DSP systems such as Biamp and QSC
• Conduct system testing, debugging, commissioning, and troubleshooting
• Work with project managers, AV engineers, technicians, and clients
• Support live AV events and operate master control systems when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of Crestron (SIMPL/SIMPL+) and AMX programming experience
• 3+ years of DSP configuration experience with Biamp, Bose, QSC, etc.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and AV-over-IP
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and client-facing skills
