We are looking for a UAE National to join our team as a Patient Experience Specialist / Receptionist at Fakih IVF, Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors
- Manage registration, appointments, calls, and front-desk operations
- Support patients in Arabic and English
- Schedule and follow up on appointments
- Maintain accurate records and patient confidentiality
Requirements
- UAE National (preferably Female)
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Healthcare, reception, or patient experience is preferred
