The Bench Café is seeking a passionate Operations Supervisor with a strong F&B background to oversee daily cafe activities, maintain service standards, and support team performance across all shifts.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient café activities
• Supervise and support team performance across all shifts
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety
• Assist in inventory control, stock management, and cost efficiency
• Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance follow-ups
• Ensure compliance with cafe policies, procedures, and UAE regulations

What We’re Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience in operations or supervisory role in F&B industry
• Strong knowledge of café/restaurant operations
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams
• Good communication, interpersonal, and MS Office skills
