Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Manpower Supply / Labour Supply operations in the UAE market.
• Good knowledge of timesheet preparation, verification, and submission.
• Strong understanding of site labour attendance and daily attendance processes.
• Experience in worker mobilization, deployment, and site coordination.
• Ability to coordinate with site supervisors, clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Good knowledge of labour accommodation and workforce coordination.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• UAE manpower supply experience is mandatory.
