📍 Location: Abu Dhabi
Pivot Engineering & General Contracting is seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer – Civil to join their head office team in Abu Dhabi.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Strong experience in Civil Construction / Main Contracting
- Solid experience in Estimation & Tendering (CCS Candy experience is mandatory)
- Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and rate analysis
- Strong knowledge of materials, subcontractor pricing, and UAE market rates
- Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD
- UAE/GCC construction experience
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed civil cost estimates & tender pricing
- Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs
- Perform quantity take-offs & rate analysis
- Prepare RFQs and evaluate subcontractor quotations
- Develop accurate cost breakdowns & summaries
- Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, Planning teams
