UniCare is looking for a dedicated Medical Insurance Approval Executive to join their healthcare team in Dubai, UAE.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, pharmacy, medicine, life sciences, healthcare administration, or related field
• Medical coding certification such as CPC, CCS, or CCA is preferred
• 1-2 years of UAE healthcare insurance approval experience
• Good knowledge of UAE insurers and TPAs (Nextcare, NAS/Neuron, MedNet, Daman, Sukoon, Al Madallah)
• Familiarity with ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and medical terminology
• Experience using insurer portals and EMR/HIS systems
• Understanding of DHA and UAE payer guidelines
• Strong communication and computer skills
