What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT & technical positions
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and professional networks
• Screen CVs, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interviews
• Build and maintain an active talent pipeline and support onboarding activities

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of HR/Recruitment experience with a focus on IT hiring
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills and understanding of technical roles
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and coordination abilities
• Candidates currently based in the UAE/Dubai will be preferred
