Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role. Freshers may also apply.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Respond to all customer inquiries promptly, professionally, and politely.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and daily prioritization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
• Proficient in standard computer applications and office software.
• Maintain inward/outward registers and staff supply records accurately.
• Graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
