City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel Abu Dhabi is looking for a passionate and creative Pastry Chef (Commis I or II) to join our culinary team and bring delightful experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce a variety of pastries, desserts and baked goods according to established recipes and standards.
• Assist in daily mise en place and kitchen operations.
• Ensure quality, presentation and food safety standards are maintained.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet guest and hotel requirements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel or professional kitchen (Pastry experience is an advantage).
• Knowledge of pastry techniques, recipes and baking methods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a team player.
• Relevant culinary qualification is a plus.
