Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations and ensure accuracy and compliance with UAE labour laws.
• Manage payroll team and coordinate with HR, finance and other departments.
• Ensure timely processing of salaries, benefits and statutory payments.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support HR administration, leave tracking, attendance and other HR activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in payroll/HR for the manager role, and 2+ years for the officer role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and payroll systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and payroll software.
