Requirements
- Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering
- 3–4 years of UAE experience mandatory
- Proficient in quantity take-offs, BOQs and pre-tender documentation
- Sound knowledge of FIDIC conditions of contract
- Experience in variations, valuations and subcontractor billing
- Strong Excel skills and ability to interpret MEP drawings
- Only candidates with relevant UAE experience will be considered
