Al Ain Mills is hiring an experienced Scale Operator to join their team in Sharjah, UAE. The position offers a monthly salary of AED 3,000 along with company-provided accommodation, visa, and medical insurance.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor industrial weighing and scaling equipment safely and accurately
• Measure and record materials and products according to company procedures
• Ensure weighing equipment functions correctly and report any issues
• Maintain accurate production and weighing records
• Follow workplace safety, hygiene, and quality-control procedures
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams and keep the work area clean

Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience as a Scale Operator or similar role
• UAE experience is required
• Basic understanding of weighing equipment and production procedures
• Ability to work Monday to Saturday from 7 AM to 7 PM
